Just in time for the 50th anniversary, Volkswagen is offering a special model of the successful Polo. With design elements and extensive standard equipment, it starts at a price of € 28,200.
Since its introduction more than 50 years ago, the VW Polo has become a real blockbuster in the small car segment. Now, with the Edition 50, a special model with extensive equipment is coming onto the market at a price of just € 28,200.
VW Polo Edition 50 – A lot of equipment at a low price
The new special model will start on Thursday, 12.06.2025, and is based on the "Style" equipment line. Therefore, LED matrix headlights, heated sports comfort seats at the front as well as ambient lighting and Apple CarPlay or Android Auto are already on board. In the "Edition 50", the exterior of the special model also features 16-inch alloy wheels, darkened rear windows and "Edition 50" lettering.
In addition to the design elements, there is also more technology and style in the interior of the special model. Among other things, there is a chrome package, the "Park & Comfort" assistance system package with parking aids, parking assistants, lane change assistants and more. In addition, the ambient lighting with chrome pedals and the black headliner ensures a stylish interior in the Polo.
For an extra charge, there are even more extras such as keyless access or a panoramic sunroof. There is a choice of three drive versions for the VW Polo Edition 50, the variant with 95 hp as a manual or automatic transmission, or the more powerful variant with 116 hp, which is only available with the DSG automatic.
In terms of price, the VW Polo "Edition 50" is available from € 28,200 with 95 hp and manual transmission. The special model can be ordered from Thursday, 12.06.2025. The special model should be available by the end of the anniversary year, Volkswagen has not given any exact details.
